This week's appreciation is for my dear friend Sandy. Sandy has been an amazing friend and leads an inspirational life. Sandy and I have been friends for many, many years and through all of those highs and lows she has been my shoulder to lean on. Most importantly, Sandy has been a friend without passing judgement about my choices in life. She sticks with me no matter what. As I look back over our friendship I am amazed at what it has endured, especially the physical distance that is usually between us. Amazingly, we have stayed close which I attribute to our regular phone conversations weekly. There is no better friend than one who is unconditional. I hope everyone has their own "Sandy" in their life to keep them going.
Not only is Sandy an amazing friend, she is one heck of a human being. She is always volunteering her time, works hard (I don't know diddly squat about supply-chain management but I do know she is the best supply-chain manager there is), is starting her MBA program at ASU this fall (So proud of her!), and even finds time to make it to the gym.

I know what you mean. I have that treasured friendship in Denise.
Sandy is awesome, but not as awesome as you are
