So my darling husband Kevin tends to abuse me in his sleep. Twice I have woken up to him pushing my head off the bed. Each time he woke me up he said, "Oh sorry, I thought you were the cat!"
Another time he woke me up saying, "Ryanne, Ryanne, are you ok? You are having a seizure!" Turns out the cat was at the bottom of the bed and scratching behind her ear with her back leg- you know, that quick scratching motion. Well, it shook the bed and woke Kevin up. He thought it was me having a seizure.
Well, earlier this week was definitely the doozie. I was getting ready for work and I must have woken Kevin up. His first words were, "Sorry I slapped you in the head last night. I was having a dream and thought the back of your head was a horse's ass." That takes the cake. I don't remember being slapped, but it was pretty dang funny. I guess when you are married, sleeping next to someone is an experience one must get used to. It's just taking Kevin a little while.

ha ha ha!!! I guess now the question is what kinda dream was he have. Was he like a cowboy? I knight perhaps? Radio clown?
I just laughed right out loud. That is way too funny.....
Nice Kevin!
Too funny!
I too found myself laughing way to hard for a Monday morning. Doug says that I kick him every night but I am the one with the bruises.
What?? My husband will comment on your blog but not on mine??? Paul, if you're reading this, you just bought me a cute little pair of J Crew pants, buddy!!
Okay, Kevin is just weird, that's all. Did he used to slap horses? I don't think Scott and I touch each other at all when we're asleep, although I steal the covers constantly (sometimes on purpose, hehe). We are really boring, apparently. Or maybe we're the weird ones...
Kev just likes to horse around.
By the way, that's a pretty funny story.
