Pillow Fight NYC

It was an ordinary Saturday afternoon and Kevin and I were on our weekly "Day Out in NYC"- our attempt to get us out of our apartment and into the city at least once a week. We were at Times Square to transfer trains to get to our destination. Just our luck, a Q train pulled up just as we got to the platform. We got on and quickly found two seats. Once we got situated we realized there were three college students sitting on the train next to us, all holding pillows. Strange. As we rode along on the train I kept wondering if people were staring at them because of the pillows, because they were loud, or because one of the guys had bright purple hair and was wearing a zebra print jacket.
We proceeded to eavesdrop on their conversation and learned that they had received a text message telling them to bring two pillows to Union Square and that is where they were headed. It sounded like a big pillow fight to me.
Kevin searched "NYC Pillow Fight" this morning and we discovered yet another fascinating New York City tradition- the annual pillow fight. This year was the third year of the event.
In our search I stumbled across a YouTube video with the purple-haired man with zebra stripe jacket. Our sleuthing paid off! We were able to track him down. See if you can spot him...

P.S. My husband just called me YouTube happy. I officially object to
that statement and would like it stricken from the record your honor.

What's wrong with being youtube happy? I mean, if you were. I'm definitely not saying you are. For the record.

That is so funny, i read about it in Time Out New York magazine and I wanted to do it so bad. At least to watch, right? It was started by a couple college kids.
